What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features: React/Next.js frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and integrations with AI models and workflows.
- Work closely with the founders to define the product roadmap and translate customer feedback into rapid iterations.
- Own major technical decisions (architecture, tooling, deployment on GCP).
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (we’ll consider exceptional candidates with ~2 years).
- Proficient with Next.js/React and comfortable building production backends in Python (FastAPI or similar).
- Curious about AI integration, agents, and workflows.
- Power-user of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
- Excited about nonprofit missions, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to learn fast.
